As soon as a room has been ordered and confirmed, a guest accommodation contract is deemed to have been concluded.
The order as well as the confirmation can be made by telephone or in writing or by fax or e-mail.
Cancellations must be addressed to the guesthouse and must be made in writing.
The completion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.
The guest acquires no claim to the provision of specific rooms or premises.
Should the reserved room no longer be available ( double booking) the guesthouse is obliged to endeavor to find an equivalent replacement.
All prices are quoted in euros.
The room prices include a substantial breakfast and are inclusive of VAT.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation fees in the event of withdrawal from the contract by the tenant:
15 - 11 days before the start of the rental period - 50%
10 - 6 days before the start of the rental period - 60%
thereafter and in the event of no-show - 80% of the rental price
If we are able to re-let the property, you will not incur any costs for the re-let period!
E.g. If you have booked 5 days and we could sublet 3 days, you only have to pay for the further 2 days.
In the event of early departure, we charge 80% of the agreed price for the remainder of the booked stay.
Payments can only be made in cash or in advance to our account.
The booked room will be available to you from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
Should you arrive later than 19.00 please let us know in good time.
On the day of departure, the room is available to you until 10.00 am.
If you are provided with our own parking spaces, this does not constitute a safekeeping agreement.
There is no duty of supervision on the part of the guesthouse.
The guesthouse is not liable for any damage caused to the vehicle. .
The customer is liable to the guesthouse for any damage caused by the customer during the term of the contract.
The place of fulfillment, place of jurisdiction and place of payment for both parties is Schönau in Schwarzwald.
German law shall apply.
Deviating agreements or subsidiary agreements must be made in writing to be effective.
Should provisions of the contract or terms and conditions be invalid, they shall be replaced by the corresponding version of the BGB/HGB.
The invalidity of individual provisions of the contract or of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provision
